I specialize in perinatal mental health and couples work. I work with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, infertility, and the profound transitions of pregnancy, postpartum, and family-building. I hold the belief that all behavior makes sense in context—your race, gender, sexuality, ability, and lived experience shape who you are, and all of it is welcome here. My role isn't to fix you, but to help you make sense of what's happening and reconnect with your own inner wisdom. I'm especially passionate about supporting folks through perinatal and family-building phases, when isolation often creeps in alongside opportunity for deepening relationships. My collaboration with Postpartum Support Virginia has deepened both my personal understanding and clinical knowledge. I'm training in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT) and have additional training in trauma and attachment-based, experiential approaches, including AEDP (Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy), Adlerian work, and Narrative therapy. I offer both telehealth and in-person sessions, accept Anthem and Sentara Health Plans, and am currently accepting new clients.
