Hi, I’m Tristan — the therapist and heart behind Balanced Grove Therapy. 💚 I work with adults in their 20s and 30s navigating trauma, anxiety, and the weight of “never feeling quite enough.” My goal is to help you feel more grounded in your body, connected to yourself, and confident in the life you’re building. My approach is relational and compassionate — rooted in the belief that healing happens when we feel truly seen, safe, and supported. In sessions, I often use EMDR, mindfulness, and the concepts of holistic wellness to help you process experiences that have kept you feeling stuck or on edge. I believe growth doesn’t have to feel clinical or rigid — it can be gentle, curious, and even a little messy at times. Outside of therapy, you can usually find me spending time reading, sipping coffee, or hanging out with my sweet therapy pups 🐾.
