Do you ever feel like your mind won’t slow down, even when you want it to? Maybe you’re dealing with constant overthinking, stress in relationships, big life transitions, or the pressure to have everything figured out. Many of the people I work with feel stuck between knowing something needs to change and not quite knowing where to start. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or unsure of your next step, therapy can be a place to pause, sort through what’s going on, and start moving forward in a way that feels manageable. In our work together, we focus on helping you understand what’s happening beneath the surface while also building practical tools you can use in everyday life. I often work with teens and adults who are navigating anxiety, relationship stress, identity development, and life transitions. My approach blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with strengths-based and reality-focused strategies to help you recognize patterns in your thoughts, develop healthier coping skills, and feel more in control of your emotions and decisions. My style is warm, supportive, and down-to-earth, and I believe therapy works best when it feels like a collaborative conversation rather than something clinical or intimidating. Your first session is simply a chance for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what’s been bringing you to therapy, what you’re hoping will feel different in your life, and any questions you may have about the process. You don’t have to have everything figured out before you start! My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable being your most authentic self, exploring what’s on your mind, and beginning to build the clarity and confidence you’re looking for.
