Therapy is a second career for me, and having spent nearly a decade in the corporate/tech world. I'm grateful for that experience for many reasons, but especially because it informs my approach with clients dealing with stress, anxiety, or burnout as they navigate corporate careers. I approach my clients with warmth and genuine curiosity. My role is to hold space and guide you, ask questions you may not have considered, and gently challenge you in an empathetic and nonjudgmental space.
