Introduction

I enjoy working with individuals that recognize that something needs to change and just aren't sure which way to go. Together, we can explore your motivation to change and learn to live life based on your values, goals, and dreams. Clients who come to see me often have addiction issues, sexual issues, legal issues, relationship issues, and struggles with self image and self worth. We will take a solution focused approach as well as explore deeper, more complex issues. Clients that see me will find themselves in a safe, non-judgmental space. We are free to explore problems from a variety of angles and approaches. We will get to know each other and develop trust and a working relationship. Next, we identify treatment goals. Then, we explore change in a non-confrontational, supportive atmosphere. I have a love and respect for all people, especially people who struggle.
