Introduction

If you are struggling with ADHD, know that you are not alone. I work with people with ADHD to be their best selves. I will take the time to get to know you, develop a collaborative treatment plan, and teach you skills to thrive with ADHD. ADHD rarely travels alone. Many people with ADHD also experience depression, anxiety, addiction, and/or post-traumatic stress. I will work with you to provide comprehensive treatment for these and other common co-occurring conditions.
