Introduction

Therapy isn't a straight path. It's a trail through wild terrain, where we read our emotional compass, patch the backpack of self-worth, and maybe even dance in the rain. I work with adults navigating change, uncertainty, trauma, grief, chronic illness, questions of identity, and the many complexities that come with being human. My background in Rehabilitation Counseling continues to inform my work with individuals navigating disability, chronic illness, life transitions, and the many ways people adapt to change throughout life. My approach is warm, collaborative, and consent-first. You don't need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. Together, we'll explore what is and isn't working, build on your strengths, and create space for meaningful change. Sometimes that means talking things through. Sometimes it means slowing down enough to notice what your thoughts, emotions, and body may be trying to communicate. I believe therapy should be a place where authenticity is welcome and there is no pressure to be anything other than yourself. I welcome all kinds of personalities and situations, quirky, quiet, questioning, overwhelmed, curious, or complex. I believe humor can be healing, and that therapy can be a space for making sense of your experiences, reconnecting with yourself along the way, and finding your footing when life feels uncertain. Meaningful change often begins with curiosity, self-compassion, and the courage to show up as you are.
