Hi, I’m Tyana, a trauma therapist offering virtual therapy across California and Florida. I help adults heal from complex trauma (C-PTSD), attachment wounds, anxiety, and challenging relationship patterns. Many of my clients are high-functioning and self-aware but feel stuck in overthinking, people-pleasing, emotional shutdown, or persistent worry about relationships. If personal growth work hasn’t solved these patterns, it may be your nervous system is still operating in survival mode. As a trauma therapist in Los Angeles and virtually across CA and FL, I take a trauma-informed, attachment-focused approach. I use somatic regulation, IFS-informed techniques, relational work, and other evidence-based interventions to help clients reduce anxiety, manage triggers, and strengthen self-worth.
