Together, we’ll explore your experiences, identify thought patterns or habits that no longer serve you, and create a plan to help you feel more empowered, grounded, and connected. As a military veteran I understand what it feels like to have to navigate day to day life and the struggle with finding the tools to cope in a healthy way with the daily pressures without using substances to cope.
