Introduction

Hi, I’m Tyler. I have more than five years of experience supporting individuals across outpatient therapy, foster care, unhoused services, and correctional settings. These experiences have shaped the way I show up as a therapist: compassionate, grounded, and deeply human, while still being honest and intentional in helping clients move toward their goals. In outpatient therapy, I have focused much of my work on supporting clients with anxiety, trauma, depression, self-esteem, perfectionism, people-pleasing, boundary setting, relationship patterns, attachment wounds, life transitions, identity exploration, and emotional overwhelm. I especially enjoy working with clients who feel stuck in cycles of overthinking, avoiding difficult decisions, feeling responsible for everyone else, or struggling to trust themselves. My style is warm, validating, and collaborative, with space for humor when it feels natural. I believe therapy can be both gentle and challenging: a place where you feel understood, but also supported in building insight, practicing new skills, and creating meaningful change in your life.
