Hi, I'm Tyler Nieves, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community. I built Schema Mental Health to be the practice I wish had existed for me and the people I love: LGBTQ+-first, affirming by default, and welcoming to everyone. I offer psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and psychotherapy for adults across Florida via secure telehealth. I work with ADHD and neurodivergence, anxiety, depression, trauma, identity, and relationships, especially where these overlap. My approach is warm, direct, and collaborative, focused on understanding what's happening beneath the surface, not just treating a list of symptoms.
