At Timeless Therapy, I work with individuals, relationships, families, and systems who want therapy that feels human, creative, and actually usable in real life. My practice centers trauma, dissociation, and DID—with space for parts, identities, and internal worlds to show up without apology. Clients who’ve felt misunderstood elsewhere often land here and finally exhale. I’m an enby, LGBTQIA+ affirming, kink-aware clinician who shows up with collaboration, clarity, and a healthy dislike of cookie-cutter worksheets. If you want pages of CBT homework, you won’t find them here. If you want depth, curiosity, and practical strategies tailored to your brain, your body, and your story? That’s where we thrive. I incorporate clients’ passions—especially RPGs, roleplay, and narrative-based work—because imagination isn’t escapism; it’s a therapeutic engine. We use storytelling, character-building, and in-world quests to explore trauma, regulate the nervous system, and develop internal cooperation among parts. I’m currently completing my Doctorate in Marriage & Family Therapy, bringing ongoing research in trauma and systems directly into the room. Zuko, my therapy dog, is always by my side offering steady grounding and occasional comic relief. Our work is a co-created journey: structured enough to feel safe, open enough to feel possible. Together, we sort what hurts, strengthen what holds, and help you build a life that finally fits.
