Introduction

Accepting virtual clients only! Are you struggling with anxiety and/or depression? Or low self-esteem? Has your confidence decreased? Has the ability to cope with life stressors become overwhelming? Is it difficult to communicate or express your emotions? My goal is to help you navigate life's journey and restore your joy, peace, and happiness. Many times we forget that our mental health is just as important as our physical health. Let me help you get mentally fit! It is important to understand therapy is a process that takes time. Rome wasn't built in a day, right? We will work together to build the best version of you. I will use a strength-based, trauma informed approach to help you understand the foundation of your challenges. I have over 10 years of experience in the mental health field. Making the decision to come to therapy is a huge step. My goal is to help you feel safe and comfortable while being non-judgmental, professional, friendly, and caring. I want to be as supportive and collaborative as I possibly can to help you accomplish your goals. I look forward to working with you along your journey! Unable to accept AHCCCS patients.
