Introduction

Hello! My name is Tysheira and I am a licensed clinical social worker. I help individuals who are struggling with unexplainable sadness, feelings of uncontrollable worry, women's issues like PCOS and Hormonal imbalances, and lack of skills adjusting to different transitions in life. I am informed in modalities that help me assist my clients with reframing negative thought patterns, managing dysregulated moods, and lack of confidence, and solving their own problems. With my own work in attending therapy, I know how scary and indecisive it can be to get started. Depending on your lived experiences, you may be told that therapy does not work or that you shouldn't trust anyone with your concerns. My therapy style is relatable, warm, relaxed, and sprinkled with some humor. You'll never leave a therapy session not laughing - it's good for the soul!
