I work with thoughtful, curious adults who want to understand themselves more deeply. Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, depression, complex trauma, questions of identity, belonging, meaning, or spirituality. Some are struggling with the effects of emotional neglect or religious and spiritual trauma. Others are trying to make sense of experiences that have challenged their understanding of themselves or the world, including psychedelic experiences. My specialties include complex trauma, existential distress, religious and spiritual trauma, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, and psychedelic preparation and integration. My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and depth-oriented, helping clients explore the patterns that have shaped them while developing greater self-understanding, self-trust, and emotional freedom. My goal is not simply to help clients reduce symptoms, but to help them feel more connected to themselves, more at home in their lives, and more able to live in alignment with who they truly are.
