Introduction

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, struggling with mood or focus, or unsure what kind of support you need, you deserve to feel heard. I offer medication management and psychotherapy for adults 18 and older, with care for mood disorders, adult ADHD, anxiety, PTSD, and psychotic disorders. We’ll take time to understand your experience, discuss your options, and build a plan around your goals and daily life. Your questions, preferences, and concerns are welcome throughout our work together. Medication decisions include a review of your medical history, chronic conditions, medications and supplements, previous medication trials, and side effects. We’ll discuss benefits, risks, and any anxiety, stigma, or cultural concerns about psychiatric medication. Your questions, preferences, and hesitation are respected as we decide together. I’m an ANCC board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner offering care in English and Russian. We work as a team to set goals and tailor treatment to your needs, with attention to daily functioning. I offer in-person care in Woodland Hills and online visits across California. Reach out to discuss whether we’re a good fit.
