My clients are capable, thoughtful people who are overwhelmed by the responsibilities of full lives. My goal is not long-term therapy by default, but meaningful change within four sessions or less, especially during periods of crisis or transition. Using a Solution-Focused Brief Therapy approach, we center your goals and strengths to create movement and relief in the present. In addition to practical problem-solving, I hold a diploma in Psychological Astrology from MISPA and bring a background in archetypal and symbolic understanding. While distinct from psychotherapy, this tradition informs my respect for meaning, narrative, and deeper patterns of behavior. I believe therapy should meet people where they are, and I draw on either depth-oriented or brief, solution-focused approaches depending on your needs and interests. I specialize in working with caregivers, individuals navigating the family law system, people in high-conflict or high-stress environments, and couples or individuals in crisis who need support now.
