Introduction

I'm drawn to therapy because I believe healing happens when someone truly enters your world and understands it—not to judge, but to walk alongside you with genuine presence. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate, I work with individuals, couples, families, and across the lifespan, from teenagers through elders. I specialize in attachment-related concerns, religious trauma, relational trauma, depression, couples and sex therapy, and life transitions including divorce, blended family challenges, and cultural adjustment. My approach integrates Emotionally Focused therapy, and attachment-based techniques, always grounded in cultural sensitivity. Whether you're navigating communication struggles in a relationship, processing grief or trauma, managing OCD, or navigating chronic illness. I'm here to help you feel seen and supported. I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions and am currently accepting new clients. If you're ready to explore what's possible with someone who will truly show up for you, I'd welcome the opportunity to connect.
