Recent Master of Social Work graduate passionate about helping people strengthen and heal their closest relationships, whether between couples, families with children, siblings, or even friendships. I believe we are all mosaics of the people we have met and the relationships we have experienced. These connections shape who we are and who we will become. When we take time to heal and strengthen those bonds, the impact can ripple across generations, creating healthier futures for families and communities alike. My interests include couples and marital therapy, family systems, parenting, and group therapy, with a social focus on attachment, parent-child interactions, and navigating major life transitions such as welcoming a new child or adapting to intergenerational living. I am also deeply committed to addressing cultural and multicultural issues, and I aspire to eventually specialize in working with the South Asian community by providing culturally attuned care that honors family dynamics and traditions. I find importance of meeting clients where they are, while creating a space for safety, authenticity, and connection. My long-term goal is to support individuals, couples, and families in creating stronger, healthier, and more fulfilling connections.
