Introduction

Let’s start with the obvious: looking for a counselor is not most people’s idea of a fun afternoon. You’re probably juggling a lot already, and now you’re scrolling bios, wondering who might actually get you. I don’t take that lightly... I’m a counselor and the founder of Mindful Growth Counseling, where my goal is simple: to create a space where you can be yourself without judgment, pressure, or the expectation that you have everything figured out. (Because honestly, none of us do.) I believe therapy should feel human, collaborative, and occasionally include laughter—even while doing meaningful, serious work. My approach is warm, practical, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I work with clients to untangle what’s been weighing on them, build insight, and develop tools that actually fit their real lives—not just look good on paper. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, burnout, relationships, life transitions, or just feeling stuck. Outside the therapy room, I’m a real person who values curiosity, balance, and strong coffee. Inside the therapy room, I’m someone who will show up consistently, listen deeply, and help you move toward the life you want with compassion and clarity.
