Introduction

I specialize in working with couples who are struggling with connection, trust, or communication. Through my work, I implement attachment-based theory and aspects of EFT to help couples rekindle, reconnect, and strengthen following testing situations. I help clients establish a new "normal" in their relationships and daily lives. I integrate my knowledge on family dynamics, EFT, and attachment theory to grow the accountability of each person, the trust between them, and rekindle the romantic spark that may be missing. I also work with individuals who are struggling with PTSD and trauma related disorders, focusing on emotional regulation, increasing coping mechanisms, and insight into thought processes. I have training in TF-CBT and DBT to help increase distress tolerance and by incorporating narrative therapy into sessions to allow clients to take back their power. As a counselor, I strive to provide a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where couples and individuals feel heard and supported. Healing is not about fixing you, it is about helping you rediscover resilience, clarity, and a sense of empowerment. Whether it is reconnecting with your significant other or finding balance. I am here to help you!
