I became a therapist because I’m drawn to the places where people feel most human: the longing to be known, the fear of being misunderstood, and the complicated ways we search for connection. I work with individuals, couples, and people in diverse relationship structures navigating intimacy, sexuality, identity, anxiety, attachment, grief, and life transitions. I specialize in sex and relationship therapy and welcome LGBTQIA+ clients, consensually non-monogamous relationships, kink communities, and sex workers. My approach is warm, direct, curious, and grounded in the belief that no part of you needs to be hidden in order to receive care. Together, we’ll make sense of the patterns that keep repeating, create space for more honest conversations, and help you build a life and relationships that feel more connected, intentional, and fully your own.
