Introduction

Do you feel broken, lost or alone? Maybe you’re the one showing up for everyone, or maybe you're constantly on edge, waiting for the next thing to go wrong. It might seem like you’re managing just fine on the outside—but inside, it’s exhausting. It doesn't have to be this way. As a former middle school counselor, I love serving youth ages 12-18 navigate issues related to relationships and identity, as well as anxiety and depression. After serving in corporate America for nearly 20 years, I also have experience supporting individuals through various life transitions, stress management, trauma and PTSD. I want to ensure that you feel safe and supported during our sessions. I work with individuals who feel overwhelmed by anxious thoughts, or find themselves stuck in cycles of self-doubt, burnout, or sadness. Together, we’ll create space for you to breathe again, to explore who you are beneath the coping and trauma, and to build a life that actually feels good on the inside. My approach is focused on you and your needs. You're not broken and you don't need to be fixed - that's not what therapy is about. It’s about understanding you and finding the path to make healing possible. Let's start where you are.
