Introduction

I am a double board-certified Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered mental health care for women. My journey into healthcare began with a desire to support individuals in improving their emotional wellbeing through accessible, evidence-based psychiatric treatment. I specialize in evaluating and managing conditions such as anxiety, depression, panic disorder, PTSD, grief, social anxiety, body dysmorphic concerns, self-esteem challenges, and other stress-related mental health concerns. As a Nurse Practitioner, I provide comprehensive psychiatric assessments, diagnostic evaluation, and individualized treatment planning tailored to each client’s unique needs, along with medication management using evidence-based treatments that do not include controlled substances such as benzodiazepines, sedative-hypnotics, or stimulant medications. My goal is to create a supportive and collaborative environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout their mental health journey. I believe in providing thoughtful, evidence-based care focused on improving daily functioning, emotional wellness, and overall quality of life.
