I'm an MFT Trainee completing my Master's degree at Pepperdine University, currently completing my practicum at Diosa Counseling Center. Working with individuals, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds, religions, and identities has shown me how much strength people carry. I'm committed to creating a space free of judgment where your lived experience is centered and respected. I work with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use concerns, and family and relationship challenges across the lifespan—from children through elders. I specialize in supporting LGBTQIA+ clients and use evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), behavioral therapy, and family systems work. While I don't have all the answers, I believe in collaborating with you to find them together. I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions, accept multiple insurance plans, and am currently accepting new clients. I'm honored to listen and walk alongside you.
