I believe therapy is about more than managing symptoms. It’s about understanding the story you’ve been living and choosing how you want to move forward. I work with people who are just trying to find their way, with a focus on Latinx, who want to build stronger relationships, navigate change, and cultivate a deeper sense of self-trust. Together, we’ll create a space where you can show up fully for yourself, feel understood, and begin to write the next chapter of your story with clarity and confidence. In our work together, I take a collaborative and compassionate approach. I pay attention to your story, your relationships, and the cultural and social contexts that shape your experiences. We’ll explore how the systems around you, including family, community, work, and society, may influence the way you see yourself and connect with others. I also integrate practical tools from approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness when they can support your goals, but our focus will be on understanding the deeper patterns that keep you feeling stuck and the strengths that can move you toward growth. My goal isn’t to “fix” you, but to help you reconnect with yourself, build trust in your own voice, find balance in your relationships, and create a life that feels aligned with who you are. Healing happens in relationships, and therapy is one of them.
