Introduction

I am a Harvard-trained clinical psychologist offering expert, evidence-based treatment for OCD, anxiety, and panic presentations. My practice focuses on high-performing individuals who are accustomed to operating at high levels but find themselves caught in cycles of doubt, perfectionism, avoidance, and mental or emotional exhaustion. Many of my clients present as outwardly high-functioning while quietly feeling disconnected from their values and truest selves, often with the unsettling sense that life is passing by. My aim is to help you create the breathing room to pursue an ambitious life without sacrificing sustainability or wellbeing. I have a rich cultural background having lived and studied across the world and strongly believe that mental health does not exist in a vacuum. Therapy with me is a collaborative, thoughtful, and tailored experience — not a one-size-fits-all formula. I honor the complexity of your experiences, including how culture, identity, and environment shape who you are. While I lead with warmth and compassion, I’m also here to gently challenge and support you in creating meaningful change. I have dedicated over 16 years to studying the art and science of psychological research and practice, and have trained at leading academic institutions across the US and UK. If you’re looking for real tools grounded in science but delivered with warmth and compassion, you’re in the right place. I specialize in gold-standard treatments like Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and adhere to the highest standard of ethical practice. I received my PhD in Clinical Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin, and completed my clinical residency, and postdoctoral fellowship and specialization training in OCD and anxiety-related conditions, at McLean Hospital/Harvard Medical School. Prior to that I lived and studied in the UK where I earned master's degrees in Brain Sciences and Organizational Psychology.
