I often work with young adults and adults who struggle with excessive worry, panic attacks, obsessions, and compulsions (e.g., reassurance-seeking, checking behaviors). My goal is to help you learn healthier ways of coping that will allow you to live a more fulfilling life, rather than your anxiety controlling your every move. I approach treatment through a trauma-informed and person-centered lens, and work to foster an environment that feels warm and genuine.
