I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, relationship stress, self-esteem challenges, and major life transitions, including high school stress, college adjustments, parenting, perinatal and postpartum experiences, divorce, mid-life, and empty nesting. Together, we’ll build insight, resilience, and practical tools to help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected. My approach is integrative, with a strong focus on DBT to help you manage emotions, reduce stress, improve relationships, and build practical coping skills. I also incorporate CBT, psychodynamic, positive psychology, and person-centered approaches. I provide a warm, supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to to create meaningful change.
