Introduction

I believe every person deserves to feel seen, heard, and understood. My role as a therapist is to provide a supportive, collaborative space where you can explore the challenges you're facing, better understand yourself, and begin creating meaningful, lasting change. With more than 20 years of clinical experience, I've had the privilege of working with adolescents, adults, and couples from a wide range of cultural backgrounds and life experiences. Whether you're navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, trauma, ADHD, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, therapy offers an opportunity to gain insight, build effective coping strategies, and move forward with greater confidence. I view therapy as a partnership. Together, we'll explore the thoughts, emotions, and experiences that have shaped where you are today while developing practical tools to help you respond differently moving forward. My goal is not only to help you feel better, but to help you better understand yourself so the changes you make are meaningful and lasting. Above all, I've created a practice where everyone has a place at the table. I welcome people of all backgrounds and strive to create an environment where you feel respected, supported, and empowered to be your authentic self.
