Introduction

Are you feeling stuck in survival mode? Are you losing hope that things will improve? Relationship challenges, grief, anxiety, depression, and other life difficulties might have you feeling unsure of how to move forward. Together, we’ll uncover the root of what’s holding you back and build a path toward healing and growth. I see individuals, couples, and families and enjoy working with people in every stage of life. As a marriage and family therapist I’m trained to consider how all aspects of life contribute to problems and solutions. This makes me especially well-suited to support you in relationship issues of all kinds. I have a particular interest in couples and helping parents navigate the challenges of raising kids by strengthening and mending those relationships. I respect and support each client’s individual spiritual or religious beliefs. If spirituality is important to you, we can thoughtfully integrate it into your therapy in a way that aligns with your values and worldview. You don’t have to face challenges alone. I provide a non-judgmental, empathetic, and safe space where you will feel heard and understood. I am committed to supporting you to create meaningful and lasting change. Whether you’re struggling with relationships or personal issues, I’m here to walk with you on your journey towards healing and growth. I offer a free 15 minute consultation call. You can reach out to me via call/text at 208-391-3416, by clicking on the contact button at the top of the page, or by clicking on the Request appointment button. If money is a concern, please don't let it keep you from reaching out. We can discuss out-of-network insurance and a reduced fee option.
