I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where healing can begin. As a therapist and co-owner of my practice, I specialize in working with trauma survivors, including those recovering from human trafficking and dissociative identity disorder (DID). I also support individuals navigating anxiety and depression across all life stages—from teenagers through older adults. Whether you're processing past wounds or managing present struggles, I draw on evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and behavioral therapy to help you move forward. I work with individuals, couples, families, and groups, and I'm happy to discuss coaching options as well. I offer both telehealth and in-person sessions and accept a range of insurance plans, including Medicare, Medicaid, and out-of-pocket payment. I'm currently accepting new clients and look forward to meeting you.
