With over a decade of counseling experience, I am dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges with compassion, understanding, and evidence-based care. I have extensive experience working with parents whose children are struggling with ADHD, anxiety, and/or behavioral concerns, helping families build stronger communication, effective coping strategies, and healthier relationships. I also work with adults and youth facing a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship difficulties, phobias, trauma, and other emotional or behavioral concerns. My counseling approach is grounded in evidence-based interventions, with a primary focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and aspects of Person-Centered Therapy. I believe in creating a supportive, collaborative environment where clients feel heard, empowered, and equipped with practical tools for lasting growth and healing. I offer both in-person and virtual counseling options to provide flexible, accessible support. Please feel free to call or email me for a free consultation where we can discuss whether I would be the right counselor for you or your family. I am happy to discuss any questions you may have regarding my therapy practice and the process of counseling.
