Introduction

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New York and Ohio with years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through life’s most difficult challenges. I began my career working with diverse populations, including military families, which shaped my ability to understand resilience, transition, and the impact of stress on relationships and mental health. My specialties include trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I provide both individual and couples therapy with a focus on improving communication, setting healthy boundaries, and fostering emotional healing. My approach combines evidence-based practices with a supportive, nonjudgmental environment so that clients feel both challenged and empowered. I believe therapy should not just address symptoms but help you uncover deeper patterns that keep you feeling stuck. Together, we will explore your story, identify what’s holding you back, and build strategies that move you toward lasting change. My goal is to help you leave each session with greater clarity, confidence, and hope for your future.
