I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who provides individual therapy for adults navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, trauma-related concerns, and life transitions. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling mentally exhausted, stuck in repeating patterns, or unsure how to move forward despite wanting meaningful change. My approach is structured, collaborative, and compassionate. I believe therapy should be both supportive and purposeful. We will discuss relevant history at a pace that feels comfortable, identify initial areas of focus, and begin creating a clear direction for treatment. You can expect a space that is respectful, grounded, and free of judgment. I work exclusively with individuals and do not offer couples or family therapy. Therapy with me is intentional and insight-driven, with an emphasis on accountability and sustainable growth.
