Introduction

I help individuals who are navigating trauma, emotional overwhelm, addiction, and life transitions reclaim control of their lives by addressing the root, not just the symptoms. My work goes beyond traditional talk therapy by integrating evidence-based clinical practices with mind, body, soul healing approaches. My specialty lies in trauma recovery and nervous system healing, particularly for individuals impacted by adverse childhood experiences, relational trauma, addiction, and chronic stress. I work with clients who often feel stuck in patterns of anxiety, depression, self-sabotage, or emotional disconnection, and help them move toward clarity, confidence, and self-trust. I use a holistic, trauma-informed framework that combines clinical expertise with integrative healing methods. This allows me to meet clients where they are mentally, emotionally, and physically while guiding them toward sustainable transformation. I draw from a wide range of clinical and integrative modalities, such as meditation, breathwork, brainspotting, IFS, Sound therapy and others as this integrative approach allows for deeper healing, not just insight, but actual change in how clients feel, respond, and function in their daily lives.
