Hi, I'm Vernitra Jones, a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate affiliated with Better You Counseling LLC in Southlake, Texas. I enjoy working with clients from all walks of life. I'm especially interested in helping adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, and relationship concerns — whether that's a pattern you keep repeating, a connection that's grown painful, or a heaviness you can't quite name. My goal is to offer you a space to live with intention, change unhealthy patterns, and grow. I'll meet you where you are, without judgment, and we'll work at a pace that feels right for you.
