I know firsthand how overwhelming life’s transitions can feel, whether you’re a college student finding your independence, navigating career or relationship changes, a mom navigating postpartum, or simply figuring out your next step. As a clinical mental l health therapist, I provide a warm, non-judgmental space where you can explore what’s weighing on you and build real tools to move forward with confidence. My perspective is shaped by four things: my faith, motherhood, my years as a collegiate softball player, and my work as a case manager with teens in foster care. As a Christian, I believe every person has inherent worth and purpose, and that healing often involves more than coping skills alone. For clients who are interested, I’m glad to integrate evidence-based Christian approaches into our work and point you toward the hope and grace I’ve found in Jesus. Becoming a mom has deepened my patience and compassion, and it has taught me how much of life is learning to balance responsibilities, give yourself grace, and keep loving through the messy, unfinished moments. Softball taught me about performance pressure, perseverance, and what it means to be part of a team, as well as how to handle failure and get back up. Working with teens in foster care taught me about resilience, advocacy, and the importance of showing up consistently for people walking through hard seasons. Together, these experiences help me understand identity shifts, expectations, and the courage it takes to keep going when life doesn’t go as planned. I specialize in anxiety, depression, and trauma, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and behavioral approaches tailored to your needs. I work with young adults and adults through telehealth sessions, and I’m currently accepting new clients. Therapy is one of the best investments you can make in yourself. Whether you’re looking for a faith-integrated approach or a practical, skills-based one, I’m here to help you feel seen, supported, and genuinely empowered.
