Introduction

What if I told you that everything you're currently in search of, you've always been in possession of? My job is to support you in uncovering your truth, more specifically, helping you uncover your authentic self. I will always feel passionately about holding space for someone as they take that journey within. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of California, specializing in the treatment of Substance Abuse Disorders and Co-Occurring Disorders, with expertise in Attachment Based Theory. I have also received additional comprehensive training in Mood Related Disorders, Personality Disorders and Trauma Related Disorders I believe wholeheartedly in the power of therapy. In other words, I believe there are profound benefits in utilizing the therapeutic relationship as a focal point for continued growth and repair. I'm always striving to nurture the therapeutic relationship by remaining attuned to who you are and co-creating an empowered space with you.
