Introduction

Veronica is a LCSW who helps adults who feel ‘stuck’ or who may be navigating a life transition redefine themselves and reorient their path. She especially enjoys working with thoughtful, earnest people who are ready to better understand themselves, make sense of what has changed, and figure out what comes next. She treats therapy like a retreat space to slow down, makes sense of the complexity of your internal and/or external world. Your session should feel warm and collaborative; your therapist should be a real person, and accountability nudges can be loving in a trusting therapeutic relationship. Her goal is to help you feel grounded, understood, and confident in moving forward. If you are in the midst of a life transition, trying to figure things out after caretaking for others, processing a loss, or trying to improve your relationships, schedule an appointment to see how we can work together!
