I also have experience working with family dynamics, helping clients navigate relationship challenges, communication patterns, and the impact of family systems on emotional well-being. I use a strengths-based, client-centered approach tailored to each individual. I incorporate play therapy with children and adolescents, and use CPT, CBT, and EMDR to support adults and athletes in building emotional awareness, processing trauma, and developing resilience and coping skills.
