Introduction

My name is Rachelle Hamill and I am the owner of Vibrant Life Therapy I started practicing in2009, while in graduate school at BYU. I love being a therapist, and look forward to meeting with you. For years I worked with teens and their families through intense challenges in residential facilities, which led me to gain specialized trainings in treating sex addiction and doing trauma repair. I now work with individuals, couples and families to increase relationship health, reduce trauma, increase accountability and transparency, and more secure attachment. Although we will discuss a range of difficult and tender topics while in therapy, we will laugh and have some fun while we are at it. I am dedicated to helping you to reach their mental health goals.
