Introduction

Hi, I’m Dr. Bhatia, a licensed clinical psychologist in Chicago, Illinois. I specialize in working with adults on overcoming fear and anxiety, improving mood, processing trauma, improving interpersonal relationships, increasing self-worth, and dealing with negative emotions in a healthy way. I also work with couples and have specialized training in this area. I am an Integrative Behavioral Couple Therapy (IBCT) certified couple therapist. I help couples communicate better, manage conflict more effectively, increase emotional intimacy, better understand one another, and connect on a deeper level. I work with a wide variety of couples, including the LGBTQ+ community, couples with margnialized identities, and non-traditional couples. I am licensed by the state in Illinois and South Carolina, and have a Psypact National Telehealth License. I can see clients in the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Delaware, District of Columbia, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, and Wisconsin. If you're ready to learn more about yourself and make sustainable change, let's talk about how we can work together to achieve your goals.
