Introduction

I help people enhance relationships with other people and with themselves. Want support for resolving conflicts – inner conflicts or conflicts with others – in ways that create harmony and help meet your underlying needs? Would you like more understanding for your feelings and needs? Do you have difficulties in your spiritual life? Would you like empowerment to contribute your gifts to the world? Drawing upon my 33 years in active recovery and my lifetime as a survivor of childhood brain injury, I have learned empathy for a wide variety of challenges people face. From my 20 years as a therapist, and my passion for peace, I have learned resources to help people thrive. I help people enhance relationships with other people and themselves. Together we can clarify what helps you thrive and find new ways to attain those conditions. Depending on your needs, we can use Internal Family Systems (a.k.a. parts therapy), Nonviolent Communication, Gestalt Therapy, or Inquiry Based Stress Reduction (a.k.a. The Work of Byron Katie). My work is trauma-informed. I accept Aetna insurance, Blue Cross Blue Shield, including the NC State Health Plan, United, Optum, and private pay.
