Introduction

I'm Victoria, a queer-identifying therapist providing support for individuals and couples navigating parenthood, exploring their identity, or experiencing emotional overwhelm. I provide a nonjudgemental and safe space for everyone. I enjoy supporting clients who are new and expecting parents, LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent, or seeking help with relationships. My work is trauma-informed, rooted in social justice, and guided by a respect for each person's lived experience. I specialize in pregnancy/postpartum support, queer and gender affirming care, neurodivergence, and relationship & sex therapy - including polyamory and ENM. My approach utilizes IFS, DBT, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Imago Relationship Therapy, and the Gottman method. I offer in-person sessions in Madison and virtual therapy anywhere in Wisconsin. My goal as your therapist is to create a welcoming, empowering, and safe environment. I believe everyone should feel heard, as well as have a space to explore and process their emotions. Please reach out to schedule a free phone consultation - I'm happy to answer any questions you may have!
