Introduction

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I strive to create a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where you feel truly seen, heard, and supported. My goal is to help you feel safe enough to be yourself while we work through what’s been weighing on you. I take a flexible, person-centered approach and often draw from CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Play Therapy, and Art Therapy for children and teens. I also offer faith-based counseling for those who want to include their spiritual beliefs in the healing process. I work with children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, bipolar disorder, relationship struggles, emotional regulation, and life transitions. My hope is that together we can build on your strengths, find practical tools that actually work for your life, and move toward healing at a pace that feels right for you.
