My goal is to help you feel safe enough to be yourself while we work through what’s been weighing on you. I take a flexible, person-centered approach and often draw from CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Play Therapy, and Art Therapy for children and teens. I also offer faith-based counseling for those who want to include their spiritual beliefs in the healing process. I work with children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, bipolar disorder, relationship struggles, emotional regulation, and life transitions.
