I'm passionate about supporting young people and their families through anxiety, depression, and the everyday challenges of growing up. As a counselor working with children, teenagers, and young adults, I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and behavioral approaches to give you practical tools and real understanding of what's happening. I believe psychoeducation matters—when you understand anxiety or depression, you're already halfway to managing it better. I also focus on building stronger communication and conflict resolution skills, because so much of our struggle comes from feeling unheard or stuck in difficult relationships. Beyond my work, I'm a mother, wife, daughter, sister, and aunt, which deeply informs how I show up for families. I offer telehealth sessions and am currently accepting new clients. If you're looking for someone who combines evidence-based techniques with genuine care, I'd welcome the chance to work with you.
