Introduction

Hi there! My name is Victoria, and I'm waiting to meet you! Whether you're an adult struggling with the stress and trauma you may have experienced, or a parent looking to find a safe space for your teen, I'm here and ready to help you find the path through life. I was born out of state, however moved to the Treasure Valley at the age of 6 and consider myself a native Idahoan. I completed my undergraduate education at Boise State University, graduating with a Bachelors of Science in Psychology in 2019. I then completed my graduate education in mental health counseling at Idaho State University - Meridian in 2023, with aims to serve the community I grew up in by breaking down the mental health stigma and supporting the reduction of Idaho’s increasing rate of suicide. I spent my internship years increasing my knowledge and building my skills to better support some of the most vulnerable populations, including teenagers, emerging adults, those of the LGBTQIA+ community, and feminine-identifying individuals. I completed additional research to expand my counseling skills for those struggling with chronic illness, non-suicidal self-injury, and sexuality/gender-related concerns.
