Introduction

As a trained EMDR therapist, I’m here to help you gently process those experiences, at your pace, in a safe and supportive space. I believe that healing looks different for everyone. Whether you’re dealing with trauma, anxiety, grief, or something you can’t quite name—your story matters, and your healing is possible. Therapy can be intimidating, but I work to create a space where you can be yourself and use your strengths to make changes. We are all human and healing is not linear, so we will work together to meet your goals. I use humor, compassion, and motivation to create a therapeutic relationship that will help you incorporate skills into your life! I have worked in a community mental health setting with those diagnosed with severe mental illness, which has helped me to gain valuable skills and techniques.
