As a trained EMDR therapist, I’m here to help you gently process those experiences, at your pace, in a safe and supportive space. I believe that healing looks different for everyone. I have worked in a community mental health setting with those diagnosed with severe mental illness, which has helped me to gain valuable skills and techniques.
