I am passionate about helping individuals regain their sense of value, discover greater freedom, and learn to relate to others more authentically. I provide a therapeutic approach that addresses body, soul, and spirit together so clients are better equipped to experience lasting change. For more than 30 years, my work has given me the opportunity to come alongside people from remarkably different walks of life—15 years as a master’s-level clinical mental health professional and 15 years in ministry with Cru. In my clinical work, I have counseled executives, professional athletes and musicians, ministers, and media personalities, as well as individuals facing significant financial hardship and housing insecurity. Through these experiences, I have come to believe deeply that relational and emotional pain is universal, yet every person’s story is uniquely their own. My clinical experience includes working with individuals, couples, and groups in inpatient treatment, intensive outpatient programs, and private practice. Across these settings, I have seen the meaningful and lasting change that can occur when evidence-based clinical care is responsive to the whole person and their individual story. My husband and I have been married for 31 years, and some of my greatest joys are traveling, spending time with our daughters, sons-in-law, and grandchildren, and laughing at the antics of our rescue dog, Shug.
