My name is Rachel, and I am just beginning my counseling career as a licensed therapist. I've worked with a variety of individuals from young children to mature adults. My practicum and internship included an array of different therapy jobs, from working in people's homes, helping children in class, to sitting with couples sorting out frustrations. I feel truly blessed to be able to chat with people for a living, and feel honored to be able to talk through life with them. I am looking forward to see what life has for me next. Emily Tulachka, MA, LPC-IT Hello! My name is Emily and I am the newest member of Penny for Your Thoughts Counseling. I recently obtained my LPC-it after graduating with my bachelor's in Psychology from UW-Stevens Point and master's in Professional Counseling from Concordia University of Wisconsin. Throughout my internship and these early stages of licensure, I have enjoyed working with youths and adults alike. I am especially passionate about gratitude and focusing on how we can build upon our strengths and values to reach our goals. I have experience practicing coping skills for emotional regulation, managing anxiety, healing from trauma, boundary setting, and improving communication. In my free time, I love being outside, spending time with my friends and family, thrifting, and attending community events. We are all on a unique path in life, and I am honored for any opportunity to support that journey! If you have any questions or are interested in seeing a therapy group in the area please contact us.
